A list of names, not a dashboard
Most weeks the worklist is the only page you need. It shows the families who gave a low score, newest first, with what they wrote sitting in the row instead of behind a click.
Mark each one when you’ve spoken to them. SARA records who followed up and when. It doesn’t rank families by risk or try to predict who will leave. It shows you who said they were unhappy and why.
Numbers it can stand behind, or none at all
A score from a handful of answers moves more on who happened to reply than on anything you did. So SARA holds the score back until there are enough answers to mean something, and tells you exactly how many it’s waiting for.
- No score under 30 answers. Every answer is still counted and kept.
- Every score shows what it rests on: how many families answered, and how far it could plausibly move.
- No guessed drop-out rate. One season of enrollment records can’t tell who left from who is still dancing, so SARA waits until it can.
- No industry averages passed off as a figure about your studio.

Families trust you with this. SARA treats it that way.
- It comes from you. The email is sent from your studio’s address and carries your name, not ours.
- No pretend anonymity. Parents are told, before they tap, that you’ll see their name with their answer.
- Nothing watching. No tracking images in the email, and the survey page loads nothing from anywhere else.
- You choose who reads the comments. Front-desk staff can work the call list without seeing what families wrote.
- Written answers are encrypted where they’re stored, and your families are visible only to your studio.
What SARA will not do
Write anything for you
No model reads, scores, summarizes or predicts from a family’s answer. The words on your screen are the words they typed.
Touch your studio software
SARA reads what you export. It can’t change your schedule, your billing or your records.
Talk to your dancers
The survey goes to a parent or guardian. There is no student login and no student app.
